UHC community plan help

I'm little worried I don't have a lot medical records never went to doctor because I didn't have insurance. I have insurance now and I been seeing this doctor since February of this year is that going to be a problem . I do have more than five years of weight records I was with curves for 9 years and did HCG injections with a doctor and HCG drop ,herbalife with a club , garcinia Cambogia and I have all those weight records is that going to be ok
