Walk, walk, walk as soon as possible after surgery. I had an over night stay and every time I got up to go to the bathroom I walked down the hall. I had no "gas" pain from surgery.

Expect your food life to change radically. But all for the good. Start exercising as soon as you can (walking is exercise) and stay positive. It really works if YOU want it to.

How are you? I was sleeved on the 29th also.
