Question! Help!

So in the past few days Every time I eat anything I get super bloated! It's been 9 months since my surgery, I've always had constipation problems my whole life but I've also kinda been going regularly and I'm still bloated... Does anyone else have this problem... Do y'all think it's related to the band? I have a check up next week (I'm already to my green zone so it's just a follow up) but yeah...

Going to the bathroom has been a challenge for me ever since I was banded. Talk to your doctor and find out what will work best for you. I take stool softener, a prescription med, and I get accupuncture just to help me go regularly. It's a pain in the neck for sure but I'll take it over being morbidly obese and unable to walk without a cane.

I mentioned this to my doc a couple of visits ago. I have struggled with constipation more since the surgery last September. I take stool softeners and magnesium each day to help out. At the time of the appt., I was feeling bloated and gassy. He suggested a probiotic. To be honest, I haven't started taking it. Whatever was going on at that time has worked itself out. Have a conversation with your doc :) Good luck!
