I order some genepro protein powder. I'm having a heck of a time getting my protein in. This says you can mix it with hot and cold stuff. Anyone tried it. if you have let me know how it worked out for you

I watched a YouTube demo about this stuff. It seems to mix well with just about anything. The actual taste and consistency are still a mystery to me though. Where did you order yours from CarmenLeAn?

I ordered it from Amazon. Supposed to be here Thurssday or Friday. I'll let you know what it's like.

I have some and so far I love it. I've mixed it with juice and chocolate milk, both cold and it was good. I'm going to try oatmeal and fat free pudding, scrambled eggs, tuna salad and the list goes on. It mixes very well. I'm sold.
