Has this happened to you?

Does high heat and 85% humidity affect your band? I traveled to Indiana and now I have to watch what I eat. The hotter and more humid it gets, the tighter the band. ????

I would say yes. my doctor wanted me to wear a ring. if the ring was tight so would be my band and I should eat accordingly.

Yes it has. The ring thing is interesting, but what is the accuracy?

Maybe it's because I live in high humidity area And am acclimated, but I haven't noticed a difference
