Help. Im in a weight loss stall

I've done great since surgery in May but I haven't lost any weight in two weeks. I'm down 115 lbs but now the scale has stopped. I did add some pasta once a week but zero bread. I'm having about 750 calories per day and walking about 2 miles every am. Any suggestions?

Hi I would cut out all paste , how much Protein are you getting in as well are you getting in 64 ounces of Water? Your lost has been great You are getting in enough exercise so thats not the problem. If you are meeting all of the above I would ditch the Pasta for a Protein shake. Good luck my friend and keep us posted on your progress.

I don't eat it if it doesn't help me... Such as a Protein or Fiber... You get the idea. But I'd ditch the Pasta. Carbs you don't need anyway.

That's just my opinion. By the way.. Keep up the good work. When I have a stall, just keep doing what you know you need to do. They will clear.

Sometimes your body just needs time to adjust. I lost 100 pounds in just 7 months without a single stall up to that point. And then it came to a screeching halt. After a couple months with nothing else happening I had decided I must have reached my set-point but I was happy enough to be a size 10. Then the scale began to move again and I went on to lose another 20 pounds (I'm now a size 6). Hang in there! Maybe give up the pasta as everyone has said. Maybe that will help. Maybe your body is just 'adjusting' as mine was. :-)

Story, got carried away with the 'maybes'. Lol
