September 2014 Sleevers

This thread is for people who have their surgeries scheduled for the month of September 2014. To discuss successes and failures, surgery issues etc. My date is Monday September 15th, I thought it would be a good idea to have this thread so we could all support each other over the next couple of months.. :)
