So I just had my surgery 5 days ago and I still have the pain in my chest. Everytime I take a drink of something it feels like a swallowed a gulp of air. then it hurts to try to burp it out. Is that somehthing thats always going to be there or is it temp till all the gas from the surgery leaves my system? And how long till all that gas is gone?

@@Keely Crawford i too had surgery 5 days ago, but my wife is an old pro at this. I think it just takes time and everyone is different. But it will pass. Today is the first day i have felt good.
