Self pay and Mexico, you can go when you want.

I went to my gp in mid February this year and I had my operation in mid may best thing I have done, takes some getting used to with the diets but worth it in the long run make sure you do all your research before you have the op as there were some things I was not totally aware of, but like I said best thing I have done and have no regrets

It really depends on the area you are in or whether you are going private or NHS. It took me over a year through NHS as I had to go to weight loss meetings for 3 months before I even seen the surgeon.
