Bored!

O, this weekend I am facing a new challenge. I am having to sit with my moth-in-law at the hospital, and am fighting to not eat out of shear boredom! I think she thinks I have lost my mind because I keep leaving the room just to walk around the hallway to get some type of exercise!

Great solution. I had a similar situation about a month ago. I too walked around a lot with my father-in law who has beginning stages of dimensia while my mother-in-law was recovering from surgery. I also spent a lot of time on my phone. I walked to the cafeteria and got water and diligently tried to drink water. That helped. Good luck and I hope everyone is fine.
