supplement/crossfit

Ladies, I posted this in our girls room if you want to answer it there.

Besides the basic supplement we are supposed to take from our surgery does anyone else take pre or post workout supplement? I take prosculpt and it has 200mg of caffeine so I get a boost for an hour or so but with no crash. I mix my ncaa powder with my Protein shake afterwards. Then go about my day.

Anybody else take extra supplement? What do you take? Most powders are clumpy and nasty but I dont want to take any more pills!

Also, I was looking into crossfit but kinda scared. Crossfit is no joke but they kick your butt in the crossfit gyms. It is expensive as well to join. Is anyone into crossfit? When did you start after your surgery? I have episodes working out were I got light headed and nausea but it doesn't happen that often anymore.

Hi! I haven't had surgery yet, but I use Progenex recovery for after my crossfit workouts.

I crossfit, and I'm 302. Its hard, but its scaled. I absolutely LOVE my box.
