Food planning

I think half of my problem is not planning out my meals for the week or at least the day. So.......what are you planning on eating today???

    I am careful when I reheat meat. microwave can turn it to rubber. I will usually heat veg first, then cut up meat and give 10 sec just to soften. adding a sauce helps-like salsa or a low sodium fat

Breakfast is a free for all. one day it is an egg dish and the next may be yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit.

That's a good idea cutlass. Do you have problems with leftover meat? Sometimes it gives me problems
