Hi everyone! The reason I'm posting is because I've been experiencing extremely low energy levels. If I'm being physically active I'm fine, but the moment i sit down (like to do my data analysis based job) I'm constantly fighting fatigue.
I'm a 4 month old RNY, but I was at the lowest end of the BMI with comorbidity range for insurance approval, so I'm within 5-10 lbs of my final goal weight. I'm getting 70-85 g of Protein daily and an average of 1000 caloric intake. I take all recommended Vitamins and a high Vitamin D supplement.
Did any of you experience this energy trough around this time (my recovery has been very easy and problem free) post-surgery? Any advice, anecdotes? Please share!
