What if this is it?

So, I'm totally a newbie on here - had my bypass on July 9 - feel great, but am only down 22 lbs... and have been stuck for a week!! Is this normal? Should I be worried that I've lost all I'm gonna lose??? Any insight is appreciated!

You might want to try Benefiber. You can add it to a lot of things (I added it to my coffee), is tasteless, and works.

I have benefiber and flaxseed oil every day and never had issues with my bowels. I did end up in the ER in June and then my surgeon said to have benefiber and flaxseed oil and I never had issues again.
