March sleever

Was sleeved 3-25 and to date have lost a total of 73 from the very beginning. I am having trouble with correct foods to eat. I feel like I'm doing good then research the food and find it is high in calorie or high in carbs. A little frustrated!!!

Sometimes I feel like darned if ya do darned if ya don't. I tryjust to get my protein in. Yes the bars are sometimes high in calories or suagr but what r u to do. I think I am going to go with unjury for awhile. Best of luck to u.
