Anyone use Chike Protein?

It's been highly recommended to me by a friend who had bypass about 10 years ago-- she SWEARS by it, but I've never heard of anyone else using it.

    I use Chike daily and love it. It is the only protein shake I still use (it's not overwhelmingly sweet...plus coffee!)

    I see they have a little sampler pack to try. I might order that. I usually use the Atkins ones or the EAS ones I can get from WalMart or Target, but I think I might do better on higher protein stuff. Do you find more protein helps to curb your appetite, IB?
