Feeling Defeted

Hello! I just discovered this app. Well I just had my 5 year anniversary and I'm struggling tremendously. My weight is creeping up. Due to husbands change of duty station we have relocated back to So. Cali I'm seeing a new doctor and he wants to convert my band to Gastric Bypass. For me that's out of the question. Any thoughts?
