August sleever

New to the site - I am a next Monday, August 4th sleever !! I wish everyone the best best of luck. I'm not sure how to navigate around here so I might get this posted and I will never find my way back.. I really love reading the post from the post sleevers and so excited to get my weight off and start to feel better.. I've been doing protein shakes more and of course more water and truly feel better not eating so much. Much success and happiness to everyone (( ))
