New to this...

Hi Everyone, so I'm new to this site. I've been banded since July 16th. I'm still on thick liquids, but have been testing out the waters. Grapes are a no-no, unless I smoothie them. But I do like strawberry-banana smoothies made at home. On Wednesday, I start soft-foods, not sure what those are, but I'll give it a go.

Add me, if you want to keep in touch. :)

Soft food for me were refried beans, deli turkey meats, mashed potatoes, oatmeal, well cooked vegetables, soups, ground beef, pasta, soft casseroles and soft canned fruits.
