Almost 9 months post surgery

I am ten days away from being 9 months out from surgery. My surgery was October 30, 2013. I have lost well over a hundred pounds since the start of the journey. At my highest weight I was 309 pounds. This was the best thing that I have ever done for myself and my family. My health has improved so much. Blood pressure and A1C are back to normal. I have so much more energy than I have had any many years. I am at my lowest weight in more than 20 years. I feel so blessed to have this chance to change things for myself and family. Here are a few pictures of me during this journey. First picture May 2012, Second picture March 2014, and third picture July 16,post-184568-0-14800400-1405834427_thumb.jpg 2014 post-184568-0-71738100-1405834290_thumb.jpgpost-184568-0-19582200-1405834469_thumb.jpgpost-184568-0-43436800-1405834519_thumb.jpg

Thank you so much everyone. I have not really taken pictures of myself. I was encourage by a friend at work to do so. I was still seeing myself as that fat person. She wanted me to see what everyone else sees. I never realized how big I had gotten.
