protein drinks/shakes in canada!

Hey everyone,

I've been reading everyone's posts about the different shakes and drinks they are using after surgery. I notice that a lot of people are from the states, so I'm wondering what Canadians are drinking? do we have the same products? i haven't shopped around yet, but i just confirmed my surgery date for July 25 so i want to start getting things in order! TIA
