First fill help!?

So I had my first fill today! 3cc in my 10cc band! All morning I felt great! Before I left I made sure I could drink water and it went down fine.... but now about 7 hours later I keep spitting up foam! And can't keep the water down! And not just a little foam/spit; I literally filled two empty water bottles because I had nowhere else to spit it! I'm so thirsty and just feel so much pressure, do I need to have some taken out!? Help!!

Try chewing on small ice chips. The ice slowly melts and the cold may help reduce some of the swelling and allow the melted ice water to drip through.

It's been a rough night trying to keep water down, ice was a little better. I'm going to try some hot tea this morning and see if that has any luck. Otherwise I'm just going to have to have them adjust my fill before the start of the weekend.

I found hot herbal tea sipped slowly helped me considerably in the early days, intermingled with sucking on small ice cubes.

If this issue continues for sure contact your Doc.

Good advice. Athletic trainers use this technique for reducing inflammation on muscle groups. They even have machines they call icy/hot machines that alternate every 15-20 minutes cold and hot Water running though hoses and wrapped around a leg or shoulder.
