Need breakfast ideas

I need help with breakfast ideas that have a lot of protein in them. I'm tired of eggs. I know the shakes have a lot of protein but being liquid they would just run through. I live in a small town with very little available to purchase. Please help .

    Does that REALLY fill you up for the morning???

    I'm pre-fill and living on Clear liquids right now, but healing and expect that. So will something as small as any of those (after a good fill) really curb hunger for the morning?
