plateau....HELP!?!?!

I am 7 1/2 mos out of surg. Started at 294, at 197-200, goal is 140. I lift weights 3 days a week and run 4 miles 3 days a week. I have been stuck at this weight for about six weeks now and im soooo scared n frustrated that this is where i am gonna stay.....anyone have advice or similar situations????

Try switching up your work outs, Interval training can be helpful. Also I have heard that plateaus happen. My mom experienced this. She concentrated on things other than the scale and said that helped (size of clothes, how far she went on the elliptical...).

I have finished all my requirements and meet the surgeon this wednesday to go over surgery and select my date :) hope you are doing well in your new healthier you!!
