Stitch sticking out

I got sleeve on April 28th. All but 2 of my incision sites are completely healed. One of them though had a stitch sticking out of it. Do I just ignore it?

Yeah, have your surgeon remove it. It should have been removed the week after your surgery. I had the same thing. Its usually if one incision site won't stop bleeding with just the surgical glue.

I had several stitches stick out. I got my Dr to remove the first one but then used a pair of tweezers to gently tease the others out, don't just yank on them though.

Well I'm happy to know it happens! Thanks you guys!

Me too, I had the knot from the stitches in the biggest incision sticking out. On my 1st post-surgery follow up, the doc grabbed a tiny pair of scissors and snipped the knot off and tugged the thread out. No big deal. B)
