May 29, 200719 yr Does anyone have private insurance that has paid for some or all of the cost? A handful of companies in Quebec pay for the band. The procedure is already covered by the provincial health care system. An individual by the name of Pierre Rousseau successfully sued the Federal Public Service Health Care Plan in Small Claims Court on behalf of his wife, (CanLII - 2006 QCCQ 297 (CanLII) ) but the PSHCP continues to refuse to pay claims nevertheless. I am preparing to sue them too. Wish me luck!
