Will I need Plastic Surgery?

I have 120 pounds to lose and I already exercise 3 times a weeks for an hour and a half each day. Will I need plastic surgery after losing the weight?

I plan on getting a boob job, but I'll probably do it BEFORE my goal weight. Back when I was my goal weight, they were still too big and too saggy and now is when I can take time off for surgery. I have a consultation scheduled for next month and he very well may say "Forget it - come back in X pounds" but I'm at least going to ask :(

I would imagine step 1 would be to lose the weight, then step 2 would be to determine if she / he needs further surgery.

Not 100% of people who have WLS (of any type) need surgery. Some people have amazing skin and simply never need plastics.

I just wanted to say how beautiful you look! You are an inspiration to me. Could you share with us what really helped you along the way? I look foward to in a year a two being able to return to the soccer I used to love to play before gaining all the weight!
