Newbie

I've had the lapband and on my 4th week. On My Fitness Pal, I have 50% protein and 25% for carbs and fat. Is this right?

Right for what? Your surgeon or dietician should have given you a manual or guideline for your post op dietary needs?

I was never given specific % to eat!

I looked thru my pre op and post op and it doesn't give an exact amount of the % I should be eating. I did see 50 grams of protein. But being a newbie I wanted to do it right. I guess I may have to call my dr in the morning to get more info. Thank you.

I guess it would depend on % of what? Calories, content or weight? Most of the posts I've seen here is 4 ozs Protein and then another 4 ozs of veggies and some only want you eating 4 ozs period? Not much eh?
