I got a new ninja for mothersday and am trying out shakes. Our local gym makes an awesome shake with Wendys frosty consistency. Anyone know how I can get this consistency with my shakes. I use whey protein.

I'm getting this shake thing down. I feel like I'm eating ice cream everyday. By the way, I have a gallon of ice cream in my freezer I bought for gks when they came over for Mother's Day... I took a bite if it and discovered I didn't like anything about it. That alone is a non scaled victory for me. I was the person you see on tv with the spoon ang gallon of ice cream in front of the tv eating mindlessly.
