That is awesome! I had my surgiversary on April 23 so I was a few weeks before you. I cant believe it has been a year! I started at 293 and am at 166. Trying to get the last 30 pounds has been so hard. I could not be happier with the progress. Best decision ever!

I had my surgery May 2013. The last few months have been VERY slow so I will not meet my goal by the 1 year mark. I am still happy with the weight loss that I have achieved thus far and am still loosing (about 1/2 lb a week)
