Yes you look amazing! Thanks for sharing it really inspires the "newbies" (like me 4 days out of surgery). Share your successes and what about loose skin? Your arms look great as well as the rest of you.

I know some people don't like to hear this -- but you DO look like a new woman! Congrats on all the hard work paying off!

Thanks ladies :) it's quite an adjustment. There are people that don't recognize me. I guess it comes with the territory lol. As far as what I did, I used the band for guidance and ate healthy, drank water and exercised the whole time. My arms and thighs need some toning but I don't have too much extra skin. So now that I've hit my "goal" I'll be more focused on maintaining and doing some weight training instead of just running. I really wanted to start crossfit but I'm not sure yet. My knees have handled the 4 miles I run a day but adding the extra pressure on them worries me.

Wow !!!! Congratulations ! I cant believe what a difference a year made ! You look like a totally different person, and you look beautiful ! Have you wrapped your mind around the difference yet, or does it stiil catch you when you look in the mirror ?
