1 week & I'm wearing my heart on my "sleeve"!

Doctor removed my steri- strips (well 4 out of 5 anyhoo..one wasnt quite done yet), cleared me to get back on my bike, moved on to puree (just had mashed tuna for lunch...yummiest 2 oz in a long time!) and gave me a release for next week to hit the pool.

Although he's happy with the 8 lbs since the morning of my surgery (weigh in 294, I went home at 301 due to my period & water/swelling).

we are both celebrating that I have lost 30 lbs since my 2 week prep diet, I'm at 285 this morning. Woo-Hoo!! Loving my sleeve.

I have to kick myself out of the bed to get moving, but trying on clothes I haven't worn since my daughter was born...12 years ago!

:D :D
