i mean the next stage of my diet is purees...with no starches...i do that for 1 week, then i go to lumpier foods, like fork mashed with still no starches like potatoes or rice,etc...then on my 6 week i can have all that...they did it to help get a big loss in the beginning...but im just paranoid that my first fill wont be enough for me...

I'm still confused, how do you do a puree without ANY starch? My puree stage consisted of Campbell's Soup at Hand (blended), creamy soups, protein shakes and such. None of it was without starch, and I still lost weight while in this stage.
