2 month stall. help!

I'll be a year post-op in July but I haven't lost weight in over 2 months. I was wanted to be at goal in July but that's 80 pounds away and impossible. How do I break this stall? Any thoughts on the "pouch test" 3 days of clear 2 days of soft? Help help help. I'm getting discouraged. Came all this way to still feel disgusted and fat.. I just want my jelly roll to leaveeeee. Its over stayed its welcome.

I know how you feel. I just got out of a seven week stall. I was sleeved at about the same time as you - at the end of June. It;s very frustrating but that;s just how it is. Nothing we can do about it. I uped my cardio but nothing happened till my body was ready for it. But when I started to lose again it went fast - 11 pounds in just over a week. So hang in there. You are definitely not fat. Even if you;re 80 pounds from your goal you;re still 120 pounds lighter than last year.
