inch loss

we have inch loss but no weight loss....how is that possible?

I am confused about this sentence.though i have also experienced it. My clothes are loose but weight is the same.

    You'll lose weight.. then you'll appear to plateau and during that time, the inches fall off. Repeat indefinitely! Its just the way it works. Nothing to freak about - it's all good!

I'm better at visuals. From the fridge, grab a lb. of butter and a lb. of lean meat. The volume of the meat is going to be smaller. You've replaced butter from your legs, replacing it with lean muscle mass.
