Just keep sipping away. Drink hot broths, like chicken, veggie, and beef. It seems to fill me up. Keep your end goal in mind, but take one..day..at a time! I've been on liquids 2 weeks pre-op and now 2-3 weeks post-op. Good luck!

I know this is too late to help - but I cooked a turkey last week, just to make the broth. I knew that the Soup I would make would have way more nutrition than anything canned or dry.

And I have been craving that soup all through my pre-op diet. I am 3 days out and looking so forward to that turkey soup!

3 days post-op

feeling pretty good

I feel your pain...I was banded two days before thanksgiving! But I told myself that I had already 'tasted' those foods for years and missing this one wouldn't be the end of the world. Think of the healthier you that awaits......

SF popsicles. And lots of liquid protein supplements make the whole liquid journey less miserable....and the rest of your life much better. Find some good ones you love and go after it!!
