DRAGGING...

I had surgery on October 2013, that has been almost 6 months.....I had the gastric sleeve and I have lost approximately 45 lbs. I weighed 226 and am now at 181 and cannot seem to get below that weight.....Seems that I am losing maybe 2 lbs a month. Seems that I should lose more quickly than this and if I happen to eat the wrong item for lunch I will gain a pound....

Just checking to see how others are doing.....I am afraid that I will not reach my goal of 140 before the weigh lose stops altogether....HELP!!!!!!

I can eat anything, nothing seems to bother me, but I am having constipation, that I never had before....

I had surgery the same month..I was October 22nd 2013. I've been having to work my buns off at this point, but also realized that I have more of a mental road block. Trying to work threw it..not easy to do.
