I have been AWOL

So, it's been almost a year for me... 152 lbs down. I can't believe it! I have had a mixed bag of reactions, some good, some bad... What a roller coaster!

Wow you look good. That is how much I want to loss. I understand there will be ups and downs but pushing through I hope to have an outcome like yours. My surgery date is April 28th.

I am excited I keep telling my husband this summer is all about me! I get 4 months out of school before student teaching. Hoping to gain some strong new habits and lose a chunk of weight. It will be the first time I have been first in a long time!!! So excited keep telling my kids we are going to soak in every sun ray and fresh air. I am planning on swimming and walking the bike path... I have big goals and hope to enjoy every moment I can...

I know this is an older post but wanted to share I am getting closer to goal each and everyday. Total lost 125 and 50 to go and I will be excited! The summer was great and I did make it about me and my kids focusing on weight loss and diet learning so much about myself!

Hope your journey is going well even after your year date!
