steroids

Does anyone have to take prednisone? I am worried about having a flare up of my ulcerative colitis and I have to take prednisone.

    KKitchen, I just noticed that you take Prednisone. Have you been banded, and have you had to take Prednisone? If so, how did you do? I haven't been banded yet, but take Prednisone, so I wondered how you did with it.

    I havent been banded yet but I was previously on prednisolone for my lungs which are screwed, i read that it depends on your surgeon and what exactly you have, as its to do with my lungs i will probably go on antibiotics before hand, it also depends on your dosage, the prednisolone tablets are small which is good as they will be easier to take, just make sure you ask your surgeon and/or gp (general practicioner)

    i have not had to be on steroids since i was banded. good luck with it. i am sure that it matters with the amount of that you are taking.
