NEED HELP PLEASE!

Just got Nevada Medicaid in Jan so far I have a PCP Rheumatologist.. Orthopedist..Physiatrist... and Nutritionist saying I should get lapband surgery but I was told by the nutritionist that my insurance provider (Health Plan of Nevada) that it would take 3 years.....anyone know anything about this timeline????
