I need some guidance. x

Hi all, so I'm now 22 weeks post op. I've lost a lovely 35lbs but the scales haven't moved for the last month! I'm really not happy. I eat so little and it's not showing. What are the key things you find to shift the weight? I'm getting married next weekend and really hoped I would be 18 stone. I'm 10 lbs away from that goal. Feeling really low. I had my second fill of 2 ml 2 weeks ago giving me 6mls in my 10ml band. I feel restriction now. I'm having roughly 300-400 cals a day. I have a couple of cups of tea but that's about it Fluid wise. Please help me. The pics attached are op day/today. And pre op/Sunday. Xx

sounds like you're doing great...I think you need to increase your fluid intake though, at least my physician wants us to drink at least 64 oz of fluids a day, can you try to drink more? Are you exercising? I do know since I wasn't getting enough of protein in a day I was told to drink protein shakes or eat a protein bar, but to make sure I was drinking plenty of fluids too. Just an idea, Congrats on your 35 lbs and your upcoming wedding...you look great!!

Honestly.- I think you're eating too little and making your body think it's in starvation mode. My doc recommends 800-1000 calories. Try to add a snack or two between meals to try to boost your metabolism.
