I like the part where she wont let fat be the reason to not work on other issues that she might have. I have used the fat excuse in the past, it was easier that facing the real trouble. But once I was able to face those other issues, and suceed, that gave me the confidence to work on getting un-fat. Just for my health sake.

BTW, I think she is drop dead beautiful!!

Wonderful that you posted this! Not only is this issue <being fat> overly abused, but also extreamly ignorant!

We are who we choose to allow ourselves to be. Fat or thin. We all create our own feeling, thoughts, ect. So when someone does look at you in a funny way, or disgusted ect, know that it is their ignorance that is the disease not your body or lifestyle!
