I'm just going by label reading. I'm one year out and we're starting to plan a baby. I found some good chewable otc prenatal with FHA AND extra folic acid. I take 3 instead of two to keep my levels up. Just be careful not to take a lot of Vitamin A. And check with the Ob and your surgeon.

My OB gave me a TON of samples to try. My fav were actually a prescription with extra iron and DHA.
