I am having surgery next week and I'm a little concerned since I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and can hardly walk at times. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions?

I too suffer from this, had a total knee replacement and I need a hip replacement. Only thing I can sug. Is that you get up and move first chance you get. I'm 12 days out and the pain in my hip is so much less. I did lose weight during the pre op process plus the little I've lost since is making things easier...good luck to you and keep moving :)
