I love Celestial Seasoning Bengal Spice tea. I brew it and chill it. It take like milk less Chai. I love it. Its caffeine free. I dont think it needs anything sugar or sugar substitute wise. Love this

Amazon has a good selection of decaf teas, both bags and k-cups. That would allow you to add Splenda to sweeten. Tea (and coffee) are great drinks and healthy as well!

Splenda is sucralose. Equal and Nutrasweet are aspartame.

Everything I have tried up to this point just hasn't set well with me mostly due to taste. I love Water, but it hurt so bad I couldn't handle it. The other day my husband had to run into Panera so I had him grab me a glass of water with lemon. It didn't seem to hurt as bad as plain water. I have noticed if I drink ice cold water with lemon it doesn't hurt at all. I was at Kroger and saw their Diet Decaf iced tea sweetened with splenda I think. Anyways, I bought it and put it on ice, waited until it got cold and was able to drink it with no problems. Hope this helps some of you that are struggling with liquids. Have a great day!!
