C-sections and breastfeeding

Hello! I am looking into getting the Gastric Bypass surgery and I have some questions. I am 25, not married and with no children.

I am wondering about is children. I have read that there is a higher risk for C-sections, and was curious if anyone has had children and had complications. How does pregnancy and nursing go with this surgery? I am trying to make an informed decision because I will have a LONG time to live with this.

Thank you in advance for you help!
