Coresource/Aetna Ppo

Just finished my 6 month class, psych eval and already have done done the sleep test and endoscopy. The coordinator says the psych eval report is all they need before they submit for approval. I read on Aetna site they need 2 year bmi history from doc? My coordinator has not once mentioned this?

. Yeah I hope it's just a case of the coordinator knowing what is needed vs the specifics. So many hoops to jump through as it is. Just want them to send in for approval already!! Goodluck to u!

I had a similar issue. I ended up getting my requirements in writing from UHC. That way everyone knows what is needed.
