post- op Dr. visit

Good Morning.....I had my two week post op appointment yesterday. All was good....as of this morning, including the pre op diet, I am down 27.4 pounds....

He set my wt loss goal about 20 less than I would like, I don't want the air to go all out of my face, but we will see. Now I have to start the exercise portion and this doc should run a boot camp!!!

I get to start soft foods today, 2 shakes and the 3rd meal is 1/4 c of greek yogurt, or soft soft meat etc. I am thinking some of the bison I made in the crockpot for my husband a few days ago, just cooked in water and seasoned. Doc says fine but don't be surprised if a few small bites and I am full. Funny how different doctors have different rules.
