Slim Time "Reformulation"

Anyone using Slim Time? - I'm just a week post surgery and I ran out and re-ordered. My shipment arrived yesterday and there are two pages of information on their reformulation

Less "enhances nutrition concentration" (code for 'smaller size') down 7 grams

Less calories - from 230 down to 200

Less fat content - less 2 grams

Less carbohydrates - down a whopping 17 grams

Gluten Free and Lactose free

I cannot taste any difference

I've never heard of Slim Time. What is it? Can it be ordered online?

Hi Nancy,

Sue, one of the nurses at SWLC, mentioned this in a webinar last week. She said that they were supposed to taste better. I've never used the new ones. I thought the previous versions of the Slim Time shakes were gross. After the first week 2 weeks post op, I stopped using them. I did have a couple combinations I used to flavour them that helped to hide the taste, but only discovered them towards the end of my using them. As soon as I was able to eat soft food I stopped drinking the shakes. I'm looking for a good Protein shake now to give me some variety at Breakfast time.

Muscle milk is my favorite and GNC Lean shakes aren't bad.. both have low sugar and high Protein for their calories.

I don't use them often but I am over a year post op.
