Does the weightloss surgeon verify your previous weightloss attempts with weight watchers or an other weight loss organizations?

My insurance was the one who wanted to see proof of weight loss attempts. Since i didn't have my enrollment papers. I downloaded the Paid bills. That was sufficient for them.

I have the copies of my weight loss log but not the part I paid for them, I was wondering if the will go to weight watchers an request a copy or do I just submit one

Call or go to weight watchers office and request your file and weigh ins or your contract with them. You will need this for insurance purposes for attempt at Weightloss and your weight for the past few years. Good luck
